1st Class/Recorded Royal Mail Deliveries

By choosing free delivery your beautiful gift boxed Orchids will be sent by Royal Mail.

Orchid Flowers are delivered free of charge by First Class to any UK Mainland address.

All orders sent by 1st Class or Recorded Royal Mail are normally delivered either on the chosen delivery date or the following day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) unfortunately, this is outside of our control and not covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

98% do arrive on the selected delivery date.

For peak season such as Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's day, we reserve the right to dispatch your order a day earlier than normal to ensure delivery in time for the event. However, this may result in the order arriving a day earlier than expected.

For guaranteed delivery on your chosen date, we recommend that you choose our courier delivery service.

Delivery instructions cannot be followed for Royal Mail deliveries. We are only able to resend or refund for deliveries that haven't been made by 5PM the day following the selected delivery date (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays)

Courier Delivery

All Guarateed deliveries are made with one of our Courier company. OUR POSTING DAYS ARE TUESDAYS TO SATURDAY. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY ORDERS FOR EUROPE AND SOUTHERN IRELAND. This is due to problems in the recipient countries postal systems. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Delivery Issues

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and contact number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems have occurred.

Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour (where possible), leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.

Incorrect details provided may lead to problems or delays, so before placing your order please ensure that you have included the full and correct details.

Delivery is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays, orders will be delivered on the next working day.

Third Party Deliveries

In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved such as Offices, Hospitals, Funeral Directors, Airports, Hotels, Ships and other Business Locations the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Please note that some Hospitals do not accept deliveries of perishable goods such as flowers, this is due to the possibility and risk of infection that they may bring into the Hospital. Please check with the Hospital before placing your order.

Timed Delivery
