General Information For All Orders
Tracked Courier Next day delivery Orders must be placed before 5:50pm Monday - Sunday.
We usually despatch flowers one day prior to the delivery date requested for UK Mainland other areas we will take in consideration the time to travel and could be dispatched 2 days before delivery date.
Orders can be taken in advance and stored in our system until the required date.
An email confirmation will be sent out once the order is successful.
We do not pass on any personal details and the only information sent out to the recipient with the gift is the personal message card.
You are able to add delivery instructions to your order, but please bear in mind that these will be adhered to at the discretion of the delivery driver.
Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will included details of how to collect or arrange a re-delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot offer same day delivery and there are no deliveries on Bank Holidays.
When ordering please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient.
We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details this will not be covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
All Guarateed deliveries are made with DPD Courier company. OUR POSTING DAYS ARE MONDAY TO SUNDAY UK. (Bank Holidays not possible to deliver)
UK Mainland DPD Next Day Monday to Friday from £4.99 per parcel up to 10KG Or Free or orders over £30.00 to one Address Delivery if you have multiple orders in the check out with different delievry Addresses each order needs to be over £30.00 to QUALIFY for Free delivery.
UK Mainland DPD Next Day Before 1 PM Monday to Friday from £9.99 per parcel up to 10KG not available for Saturday or Sunday.
UK Mainland DPD Next Day Saturday -Sunday from £7.99 per parcel up to 10KG.
NI, Eire, IOM, Channel Islands, Scottish High & Isl from £9.99 per parcel Two day service 48Hrs deliveries Monday to Friday. (Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays not possible to deliver)
To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and contact number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems have occurred.
Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour (where possible), leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
Incorrect details provided may lead to problems or delays, so before placing your order please ensure that you have included the full and correct details.
Delivery is not available on Public Holidays, orders will be delivered on the next working day.
Third Party Deliveries
In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved such as Offices, Hospitals, Funeral Directors, Airports, Hotels, Ships and other Business Locations the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please note that some Hospitals do not accept deliveries of perishable goods such as flowers, this is due to the possibility and risk of infection that they may bring into the Hospital. Please check with the Hospital before placing your order.
