All deliveries are made with Parcelforce. OUR POSTING DAYS ARE TUESDAYS TO SATURDAY. FOR GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY ALL ORDERS HAVE TO BE IN BY 4.30PM. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY ORDERS FOR EUROPE AND SOUTHERN IRELAND. This is due to problems in the recipient countries postal systems. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Delivery Issues

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and contact number, together with your daytime contact telephone or mobile number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems have accrued.

Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour, leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.

Incorrect details provided may lead to problems or delays, so before placing your order please insure that you have included the full correct details.

Delivery is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays, orders will be delivered on the next working day.

Third Party Deliveries

In the case of delivery to certain location, where third party is involved such as Offices, Hospitals, Funeral Directors, Airports,Hotels,Ships and other Business Locations the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Timed Delivery
