We, Orchids By Post are completely dedicated to our customer’s total satisfaction.

All Orchids By Post products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent or higher value and quality without any form of notice.
Orchids By Post reserves the right to reject any order without giving any reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payment received via the payment method used to place an order.
In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order the product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

This site has been designed to make ordering our products as easy and convenient as possible.
You will be clearly instructed to navigate through the order process and you will be required to provide us with your correct and complete personal details, including postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by all major credit and debit card using safe/secure Sage Payment gateway.
Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance. We will send you an email confirmation of your order details to confirm that we are processing your order through to the email address you have provided us. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.
We (Orchids by post) undertake to keep all customers information private.
As we value all customer's privacy, we never give, rent or sell our email list or our customer's private information to any third party.
We have and always will be committed to protecting your information, and we do this in compliance with both the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
All Our Orchids are long lasting, they can last from 7 days to 4 weeks Subject to proper care. Although this also varies by variety. We guarantee the freshness of your orchids for 7 days and then it is subject to their proper care.
It is important that orchids are cared for correctly as putting them by heat sources or failing to change the water will kill them very quickly. We always include a care instructions card with all our orders. In situations where we are informed that our orchids died very quickly, we may at our own sole discretion, choose to resend on the next available delivery date if we believe that there truly was a problem with our orchids but if we believe that this might be the result of lack of proper care we reserve the right not to resend.

If you want to change or make any amendments to your order, you can do so by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on +44 (0) 20 3393 8504. We will try our best to do last minute changes, but we (orchids by Post) can only guarantee to make any amendments if informed 48 hours before the intended delivery date. Remember once the order is assigned to production we are unable to make any changes.

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date. Remember once the order is assigned to production we are unable to cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, we (Orchids by Post) will refund or cancel any payment received via the payment method used to place an order.
For peak season Valentines, Mothers day, Christmas and Easter we (Orchids by Post) need to be informed at least 72 hours before the dispatch date, still we cannot guarantee to cancel or make any changes to the order.
To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and contact number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event of any delivery problems that have occurred.
Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour (where possible), leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
Incorrect details provided may lead to problems or delays, so before placing your order please ensure that you have included the full and correct details.
Sunday and Monday deliveries are only availbe via DPD courier service.
Delivery is not available on Public Holidays, orders will be delivered on the next working day.
In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved such as Offices, Hospitals, Funeral Directors, Airports, Hotels, Ships and other Business Locations the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please note that some Hospitals do not accept deliveries of perishable goods such as flowers, this is due to the possibility and risk of infection that they may bring into the Hospital. Please check with the Hospital before placing your order.
We always do our best to meet our timed delivery commitment and nearly always do, however if we miss our timed delivery slot for you, we will be happy to refund the timed delivery charge. By clicking on the "check out" button at the end of the order process, you are agreeing to be bound by our terms as shown on the Orchid By Post site.
Abusive behaviour in any way, shape or form is not acceptable by Orchids by Post. We put our very best efforts in for our orders to go like clockwork; sometimes, small human errors and mistakes can be made. Purchasing from Orchids by Post does not entitle any one to treat our staff in an abusive fashion.
If we feel your behaviour has been abusive in any way, shape or form during communication, we reserve the right to terminate any kind of conversation immediately. We will only resume any communication if it is done so with the level of respect to which every human being has a right.
We reserve the right to refuse to serve customers who have previously been abusive and offensive.
We (Orchids by Post) always do our best to make sure that this does not happen; if an order arrives to their destination damaged or fails to arrive due to an unforeseen delivery issue, please contact us immediately so we can arrange one of the following:
- A resend on the next available delivery date; OR
- A full or partial refund (% refund depends on the specific circumstances of the issue)
Typically we will not offer both a refund and a resend, where orders have been damaged we reserve the right to ask for them to be returned or for photographs clearly showing the problem so we can use them to determine what is going wrong with our system. It is very important that we are contacted as soon as possible regarding the issue. We need to be informed of any issue within 48 hours of the delivery to give us the best chance to successfully resolve the issue. We will at our discretion consider the issue raised after the 48 hours deadline but reserve the right to refuse the option of refunding or resending the order.
If we believe that there has been an abuse of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy we reserve the right not to resend and refuse to take orders from that particular customer in future.
If we make such a decision we will inform the customer in writing of our decision, via email or by letter.
It is important to know that the guarantee does not confirm the right to an automatic 100% refund, but only to a fair resolution.
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee only relates to our products and aspects of our service that we have direct control over, it does not include issues such as refused deliveries or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details given by the customer at the time of ordering. Please note that any form of compensation will only be given as a full or partial refund or as discounts off future orders. We are unable to provide any other form of financial compensation, under any circumstances.
From time to time there are possibilities of human error, for example very occasionally we forget to add a message card or care instructions to the order or one or two stems arrive in less than good condition. In such circumstances we (Orchids by Post) will do our best to make the situation right for the customer. We (Orchids by Post) may use our discretion, offer you a partial refund or a discount on a future order. We will do our best to do what we would consider an appropriate resolution.
We (Orchids by Post) may need to update these terms and conditions from time-to-time by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes. We may also notify you of changes to our terms and conditions by email.
